ELAÏD Maïlys (“we”) is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. We only collect what is needed to prepare and deliver your orders.

Data collected

  • Identity and contact details: name, email, phone (optional), delivery address.
  • Order: designs composed in the configurator (including texts to embroider), rendering photos, message to the workshop, amounts and payment status.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser type at the time of ordering, to prevent fraud and abuse.

We never have access to your card details: they are entered directly with our payment provider.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing, making, shipping and tracking your order, and keeping you informed by email: performance of the contract.
  • Keeping our accounts and meeting our tax obligations: legal obligation.
  • Securing the site and preventing fraud: legitimate interest.

We send no newsletters or advertising, and sell no data.

Recipients

  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., for card payment.
  • OVH SAS, host of the site and data, in France.
  • Our email delivery provider, and the carrier in charge of delivery (name, address, phone).

Stripe may transfer some data to the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

  • Orders and accounting records: ten years from the end of the financial year (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
  • IP address and browser type: twelve months after the order.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. It only keeps, on your device, the language chosen, your cart, the design in progress and your details from your last order, so you do not have to enter them again. This information stays on your device; you can delete it in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@tamayyuz.fr. Some data must nevertheless be kept to meet our legal obligations.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
